But with Young since supplanting Stroud as the favorite to be drafted by the Carolina Panthers at No. 1, listed as low as -450 (i.e., a $450 bet would net $100 in winnings) on Draftkings Sportsbook, the forecast for what's in store for Houston at No. 2 has become quite murky.
Stroud (+150) is a slight favorite to be drafted second overall, but Alabama linebacker Will Anderson (+170) seems to be an increasingly realistic option as well.
