It's quite possible that fellow top prospect C.J. Stroud, a two-time Heisman finalist at Ohio State, turns out to be the best quarterback in this year's class. And until the first pick of the 2023 NFL draft is announced on the evening of April 27, Young is still in the mix for the Texans. But according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the chances of Houston landing the Alabama product appear to be increasingly slim.
"Bryce Young is going to visit the Houston Texans. I think it's a waste of time," Schefter said this week during an appearance on NFL Live.
